Is there a way to copy a char's UI settings to another char on the same PC?

So, I’ve spent some time getting my UI layout the way I want it (window size and placement, icons on the left bar, chat settings, etc). I have a char on another account which I just log into occasionally, and it would be nice if I could just copy those settings, instead of doing it all over again. Is there a way to do this? I nosed around the install directories, but I didn’t see anything obvious.
