Where is Boobook's Role Bonus?

The description says this shuttle performs great, but in reality
It does not appear to have the Role Bonus that even the regular Caldari Shuttle has.

I can’t see the Role Bonus when I look at it in the market.

Where did the Role Bonus for the Boobook go?
