Where to find 200mm Light Gallium Machine Gun blueprint?

Hello, newbie here.

I like to play with stuff i built myself. As a consequence, I designed a little fit for a little ship and, while my ship is being built, I am looking for the blueprint of its parts so I can make them.

However, the market does not show any blueprint for: 200mm Light Gallium Machine Gun

This forum also has only one reference to this, and it’s for a ship fit.

Where can I find 200mm Light Gallium Machine Gun blueprint ?

As it is a meta item, the only place to get them is from npc wrecks, mainly mission wrecks
