B. Before making your thread
7. Items cannot be listed among the character’s valuable assets, only skills, implants, SKINs, and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else. Ships and items can be readily bought or sold on the market for ISK.
D. Purchasing and sales
6. The owner of the character being sold is responsible for paying CCP the character transfer fee.

Thanks for highlighting those parts, I honestly think it makes more sense for me extract everything and sell off my stuff myself in that case. I’ll flag for deletion
