miners are mining from downtime to whenever the last crumble of scordite is gone.
I tested on the first day, when people in various chats were still asking, “ what event? “ and havent gone back out since, knowing the greed of the illegal miners.
I havent been able to mine a single speck of scord since this started either. Ive given up pretty much. Ill just whittle through this via combat i guess.
Question for anybody:
I just started this event today, and i finished all 5 tiers of security missions. Is that option gone now? Is it daily?
the security missions should be repeatable. At least the mining was for me.
And if you want to find Scord, Find public fleets that are mining, But beware. The belts go Fast, I was in a fleet on my first day of mining, and the belt was killed of Scord before the Orca could finish his first cycle of boosts. LOTS of multis are doing this and continue till all the scord is gone, only to start over after downtime the next day

neither. you can keep going, it doesnt reset. the only thing different is you dont keep getting political favors. but you do get the points for reward track.
I finished the whole thing with level 1 missions

Yup. I went that way as well. Never done missions in this game before, finally got suckered into it.

My other account is a highly skilled combat toon so missioning is very fast. Seems to be the way to go instead of trying to find a certain rock that no longer exist.

there’s a level 2 mission in.. hole on, lemme log on. erglglkjdshfkpahs or something similar that has a private belt with around 100,000 m3 of scordite.

It is now May and this “feature” still isn’t resolved.

its been 2 events now, so i am betting this is a “Feature” and not a Bug
Which also means that CCP or whatever they wanna call themselves don’t want boosts/compression for the events
