I’ve recently returned to EVE and want to start playing again… For some Bizarre reason my actual account i had, has vanished, and CCP Wont return it…

So i’m now looking for a PVE Focused account for around 20B ISK - Ideally i want something to do Rats with, alongside doing a bit of incursions now and then.
