Hi, im looking for a character that i can afford I have got roughly 3-4 billion. (If i cash in my plex)

Preferably a character that is setup at Mining OR PVE stuff/missions.

Would be perfect if they also had the ships/items there trained for. As I’m just looking for a character I can start to have fun with. And have a rest from serious gameplay with my Main.
