This Character is 2d from sitting in a PNI, all skills are injected (Capital Ships, Dreadnoughts).
I had a Phoenix and the skill for XL Torpedos, but never used it, so I extracted the skills.

Ofc if you want to bling it you might need some injecting to do.
This Character also can pull lvl 5 With Lai Dai, I have used it as a mission runner. Can Fly Marauders, Tengu , Gila and so on. It’s a wonderful combat Character.
The only Downside this Char has BAD standings with Gallente ( sorry frogs).
As said Im just curious if youd consider this and what you would offer for it.
