WTB - Focused Toon Around Industry & Mining

I’m looking for a character with as much of the following:

  1. Industrial and mining skills are a must.
  2. The ability to fly and use a Jump Freighter and an Orca are a must.
  3. The ability to fly and use Blockade Runners and Deep Space Transports would be ideal, but not a deal breaker.
  4. Cyno, PI, trading skills and scanning skills also a plus.

My budget is flexible, want a toon that’s focused and not to many wasted SP.
