- Strong shield tanking, Engineering and Gunnery support skills
- Minimal wasted or unrelated skill points
Highly preferred:
- Marauders V
- Thermodynamics V
- Minmatar Cruiser V
- Loki, HAC, Recon and Interceptor skills
- Useful standings for Level 5 missions
PvP-focused skill plans are preferred, but strong Vargur PvE pilots with good Minmatar subcapital skills will also be considered.
