Looking for good, focused characters, preferably with a focus on guns.
Must be able to decently pilot t2 cruisers of their respective faction, and be able to use general t2 modules and t2 relevant guns, looking for as little wasted SP as possible.
Covops/Recon ship qualifications would be a nice bonus
