Abufyr Joe’s Head : it is completely unknown where to get it.
Homemade: in the “epic” missions of Amarria, it’s long and difficult.
13 heads are rare :
4 : no info how to get ( include Abufyr )
9 : it is known. 6 heads can be easy and fast to get ( i do that for 1,5-2 days )
But remaining 3 very long time and difficult, because need to raise the stand to the pirate factions in nullsec.
