WTB Hauler + Cyno in option

Hi! I’m interested in a dedicated hauler:

  • Blockade runner and DST is a priority
  • Low sp, but T2 modules capable for the required ships.

Neat but not required:

  • Cyno/covert cyno;
  • Freighter;
  • Bonus if capable of mining with barge and/or exhumers, and/or expedition frigates;
  • Bonus if there are plantery management skills

Budget is open, but I’d look initially for something around 6-9Bn depending how the skills are set up. I’m willing to pay a bit more if some of the additional options are present. Thanks!
