Looking for an incursion toon under 10m sp.
ideally closer to 5m sp. Not looking for anything extravagant.
doesn’t need t2 guns, but must have t2 shields and l4 gunnery supports and atleast l4 engineering supports.
Prefferably Amarr/laser focus.
