Hey, I’m looking to pick up a couple characters that have the Magic 14 skills maxed, basically as a ‘Skip the Wait Time’ thing for whatever I decide to turn them into (They’ll be exploding things, mining SP will be wasted). Drone skills are a plus, but don’t have to be maxed by any means. Alternatively, explorer focus is good too, because bait ships are always nice.
