WTB low sp cyno pilot maybe 2x if they’re cheap

How low of SP? and do you need Industrial Cyno or Recon Cyno?

I have her: Jiin Ro Skill & Standings Sheet (tools4eve.com)
But I was turning her into a Recon/Ishtar, but I could always strip her down before selling.
