Regardless of whether there are skills you don’t need, this is a 107 million SP character so the ability is there to switch those skills around. Current valuation of this character in the current configuration is ~100 bil, so we will have to approach this figure to proceed.

I have not had the pleasure of owning a Nyx, but the fits I have compared this against in EW show that there are only a few places that you will have to train (Neural Enhancement for boosters, Armor rigs and light fighters)
That makes this char a “ready to rock” in either fleet or PvE situations and when you lose the Nyx, become a FCs right hand man in the command capabilities.
Worth 100bil to 125bil easily…
