Hello I want to buy a new character, I have a budget of 55 Billion ISK, and not any amount higher.
I am hoping for a gallente character, though happy with anything else.
I would like to fly carriers, though also not important.
A decent name would be great, though as long as its a name without any numbers, it should be fine.
Looking for 65-75M SP, nothing lower.
