Im a returning pilot and I would like to buy a decent pve starter toon for nullsec ratting. He should be able to fly rattlesnake and do some basic pvp with tackle and doctrine ships
He should be able to fly Gila and Rattlesnake (PvE) and Muninn and Arazu (PvP)
He should also have Gallente/Minmatar Cruiser and Recon Ships skills at V
I dont need a super-duper character. Just a starter one.
