I am looking for a PVP pilot to serve as my new combat main. I have a large budget, and I am willing to negotiate. I am looking in the range between 25-40 mil sp. It needs to be subcap focused.

Things I want in a pilot:

Good name

Okay killboard

One or more cruiser to 5 (I prefer minmatar)

Good missile skills

Good drone skills

T2 tank mods

Positive wallet

One battlecruiser to 5

Multiple weapon systems to 5

Decent support skills

Cybernetics 5

I plan on spending a month+ searching for the best one before my purchase. Please shoot me any offers.
