WTB Recon Pilot with Cap Ability

I am interested in buying a pilot who can fly a Rapier reasonably well who also has the ability to fly any sort of capital, or is close to it. It can be any cap as I intend to use it just for dropping beacons, but preferably Phoenix capable.
