Looking for a pilot with a not-dumb name that has a focus on subcap skills. All core, gunnery, missile, and drone skills (T2s for weapons, drones etc) are a must. Preferably can at least fly all T2 subcaps from the main races. Looking in the 100b range. Capital skills will be considered a waste of SP.
