cov ops 5 / ceptor 4 / assault frig 4 / scanning skills to 5 (4 is okay) / one bubbler to 4 with guns / magic 14 reasonably high (3-4-5) for navigation and engeeniring

“Secondary skills” : cyno / busher / transport ship
