I’m looking for a really specialized pvp toon
At the budget point the toon will need to be able to pilot pretty much everything subcap with near perfection.
The corp history does affect my offer, but is less important

- Exceptional Armor and Shield Skills
- Exceptional sub-cap Spaceship command Skills
- Exceptional Gunnery/Missle/Drone skills
What I am not looking for
- Kitchen sink 100m SP toon
- Industrial Specialist
- Trader alt with a few pew pew skills
