WTB: Subcap pvp toon

Looking for a PVP toon with only subcap skills trained.

Dont want wasted SP in random crap like mining, Capitals, or industri

More races he can fly up to battleship the better.

around 65m SP+ atleast, higher is better but no Point in going much over 100m SP
