I’m looking for information on where Test Dummies are seeded or dropped in-game.
If anyone can provide information leading to the seed location of where test dummies are dropped, I will pay 200m for the information.

They’re dropped by NPCs “randomly” as useless items, usually in missions.
They don’t actually have a use.
