What’s your budget?

No budget is set, if toon is trained for complementary skills that are useful I would go for it. If skills are split between 2 different toons (for example 1 scanner, 1 trader, 1 indy) that can work also. It is situation dependent.

The main priorities from what I listed above are 1/2 traders, 1 full scanner with good flying support skills(covt ops at least)

I am open minded to interesting propositions or combinations that I did not have in mind.
