Are you sure that name that you gave me “Account Name”?
It`s important cause CCP can only transfer character from my account to yours.
You sent character name. As i know there is no possibility to create character with the same name as your account name. Security matters.
You can check this in topic “Welcome to the Character Bazaar” in D.4, Characters transfer from one account to another account. So I can`t put “Character Name” in “Account name” field in Transfer Form. Ofc I can ask Support to investigate and make delivery, but I am not sure that they not ask me the same question directly. Cause they already made same in my previous character transfer deals.

Yep. I am in charge with Customer Support. I can’t share screenshots because it not acceptable by EULA. But long story short - they ask about “characters on both accounts to be swapped” and doubled the price of transfer cause it`s double transfer. As I understood that means that you did not make room on your account and have 3 characters on account Yiloutingyu. If this is the case - make room today, so I can ask support to deliver character.
I am definitely not interested in any kind of swap to pay 800 plex for it.
If you don`t have possibility to delete or transfer character from this account, give me another one or ask to refund and we done.
