40B would be in the market price range (granted on the higher side) just for the amount of SPs. The bigger value is in the astronomical standing with Caldari Navy. If a reasonable offer isn’t received, I have no problem with ending the auction and just letting him continue to skill up - which increases his value.

This is an exceptional toon to be played for the right trader player.
