the link in original post is not up to date. this sheet is 2 month old. thats why someone mentioned it. thats a real good information.
Ah I missed that. Yeah, this guy would have had plenty of time to extract all of those skills and is now selling a 0 skill point character.
There was a reddit post on this complaining that CCP moves very slowly if at all with these scams.
