I also hope we can wrap up the transfer quickly, but there are a few issues. My transaction history shows three transfer purchase attempts: one timed out via PayPal, and two were cancelled through WeChat. The thing is, I have definitely made the payment. I contacted GM support. Initially, a junior GM told me to wait for the transaction outcome and check back in two hours, and they escalated my ticket to a senior GM.
What frustrates me is this: after those two hours passed and the payment showed as failed, I immediately updated the ticket with my purchase records and receipts, hoping the senior GM could clarify where my funds went. Instead, the senior GM only sent a generic reply telling me to wait another two hours for the transaction log to finalize. The transaction had already finished ages ago — can’t they see that? They also claimed they never received the money. I sent them my bank statement precisely to resolve this and find out where the funds went if CCP never got them, and the payee listed on my statement is CCP.
I’m quite frustrated right now. I’m keeping track of this ticket and hope to get a proper, reasonable response soon.
