According to Section D paragraph 2 .“Agreements on the forums or in game, or winning an auction does not guarantee a character will be transferred to you. The seller may choose to renege on a deal at any time, prior to the transaction being completed.”
I hereby cancel this offer altogether, due to extensive research done, toons with half of what i have have been sold with 50b so i prefer to keep it for now. No ISK has been received so far.
Really nice name btw, wish I had money. Enjoy your char a bit more. Also you might consider extracting some skills. People generally over discount unescessary skills.
