Selling them at Jita IV Moon 4 Caldari Navy Assembly Plant.
Also the cheapest ones i could see on the market as i’m writing this are 131M each, so the bulk discount is already including when i mention 125M a piece.

if you buy them at 125M and then sell them at 131M like the SO right now, the margin is 4.8% , while he taxes are 5% that means you are at loss even if nobody cuts you.
