I am selling a C4 wormhole system with statics to C4 and C3.
The system has no effects.
Inside the system there is an Astrahus.
All customs offices (POCOs) in the system are also mine.
Price: you are paying for the Astrahus + its core, with or without fitting, depending on your choice and all POCOs (9 in total).
Payment terms I am considering: 50% upfront before I provide access, and the remaining 50% after you dock at the Astrahus. After that, I will transfer all structures (citadel + POCOs) to you.
