I received multiple offers at buyout price the day this was posted, and after several rounds of bidding this uniform set was sold for 129 billion
This item was rewarded to individuals who won various trivia rounds hosted by CCP on their official Twitch channel. They only awarded 16 Caldari uniform sets. The other Faction uniform sets were distributed in similar fashion / numbers.
