Only rigs can effectively be “Legacy” as oversized rigs still applies it’s bonus (pretty sure of that) and can still undock. Changes in slot layouts of a ship does not make it “legacy” as modules in red must be removed to undock.
Your ship’s value it not more than the Rupture’s value + Modules.
If you don’t understand the value please don’t bother.
Dont agree entirely with what @Elathy_Maricadie said but she is somewhat right and so are you @Ms_Tiddle regarding the ship being a unique piece… i can offer 100mil for it and sorry but it is below your expected valuation. Wish you luck all the same 
I’m ok with what people think at their end just not ok when they come up as it’s the only pov. This is retrofit hull with legacy rig and mods that can no longer be used since you couldn’t undock. That’s very simple - collectible item. I’m selling those from time to time, and know the value right. e.g. similar Hurricane was sold @800m., Bestower @250m. etc.
I know what I’m doing here and know what to do. If I don’t find a buyer it’s just goes back to garage for another try.
