The skin was the final reward for the Crimson Harvest event, obtainable with 900 points. It was theoretically untradable and activated directly after redemption, but I found one in a secure container during GM week.
So I guess if you want it, you can either buy it from me or wait one year for the next Crimson Harvest (and hope it’s one of the rewards)
