1.2k is unreasonable as a sell offer. I can buy it for 500 ISK on the point.
Up to somewhere around 1M LP.
Since I am myself in Minmatar FW, I can sell it only at about 1.2k ISK/LP if I really try, so buying it for that much would not be a good investment. If you want to sell, better make it a good deal.
