also, the character being sold gets the isk, not some random.
so i get the isk first with this char and then later it will be transfered? thats strange way to do it
prevent scamming, as this is the only place scamming isn’t allowed and is bannable. Transferring to isk to the character being sold, before paying the $20 to transfer the character, makes it easier for CCP and has a papertrail if you decided to back out and not send the character…
once you get the isk on this character, you transfer it to another character then start the transfer process.

no… the $20 is what CCP charges for you to transfer your character to another account. The seller always pays that.
