Would be perfect on a Raiju, Garmur or other mwd frigate since its max rolled on velocity modifier and an absurdly small sig bloom which is incredibly valuable for a pvp frigate. Scouring the mutamarketplace nothing even close to this exists, it is truely one of a kind with anything that comes close to it having a bricked sig radius.
Buy out at 12 bil or happy to bundle trade mod + additional isk for an AT frig.
