You need to go to top right corner and click on tab down and shares, You can only do this 10mins after uploading char and may take a couple of click then you need to look at imagine attached and just click add share
page some times bugs out, while doing this but the link in the share area once you open the char name form there is the only one that will allow others to see it it normally you name follwed by a code example https://skillq.net/
