So yeah, 3 months after the April changes, the VNI’s been nerfed again. Rest in peace AFK drone boat. Only time will tell if the VNI stays in popular use or disappears. With blaster skills trained well, perhaps 3 blaster and 3 heavies could achieve the same DPS, but the AFK-Netflix appeal of the VNI is lessened.

Is the VNI any good at all anymore? For pvp maybe? I have been wanting to find a ship for my alt to fly with me in low sec ded’s mainly for protection against gankers.

For LowSec i would go with the Stratios, the covert cloak makes traveling a lot better.
