140m SP Looking for Ambitious HS corp

Looking for a hs/ls corp that has ambition and is willing to deal with wardecs. Something along the lines of a corp with indy backbone but willing to take over pocos and claim stations in a pocket of space. If a corp like this doesn’t exist I wouldn’t mind forming one I just don’t have the time to run a corp with real life keeping me busy.

I have discord and work most all days of the week but am available to talke in evenings US Central.

Maybe a Low sec alliance/corp would do you better. Would be easier to put those 140 mil SP to use. Not sure of a HS corp that does what you describe.
