170m + sp Cap Pilot with no experience using them. Is there any chance of joining an alliance? I like the perks of having CEO status; market orders\extra hangers(I have a lot of stuff)\and such. Corp is dead; me and two others active. Alliance is dead; leadership has been gone for a month or so with no response. I have my own isk supply and try to play most every day.
