Havnt looked for a group in a while and the recruitment channel is dire. I also know some lurk while not posting, so figured I hit up reddit in case.
Love the pilots in my current corp, but after coming back from a year off. Most the pvpers have left and its kinda turned to a passive indy corp using nullsec. While that is nice for some income, its not my play style.
Im really missing a group to fly with. I dont mean sitting in standing and responding to intel pings and I really dont mean waiting for an FC to undock. Im missing loggin in, grabbing the 2-3 peeps online and saying lets ball.
I’ve been playing a while so I have quite a few characters. 3 dread pilots, 2 fax pilots and everything below that.
Some days im mega risk adverse, other days im responding to discord pings about a kill mail. Legit used to care about my zkill ratio and stuff but trying to multibox hunters and blops and having lost some. I’ve grown callous to zkills stigma.
While I can sit and take fleet warp. Im usually more engaged with hunting, scouting or snowflake roles that has me doing a bit more than “anchor and preload”. I like to play the game I guess.
Some other random crap. I do IT work, so im super familiar with most eve tools like seat, ESI, discord and all that other nerdy stuff. Im EU timezone, I have a dog and a mic (hard to scout and hunt without one).
So yeh, just toss me a convo as I dont really respond to “You’re exactly what we want” while copy/pasting a whole bunch of stuff that doesnt match. I swear some of you swipe right on everything.
Random eve story. I once ran a badger 14 jumps to grab fuel for my nyx back in 20010 through red space because a next door NPC station was the only place with fuel. This was so I could get to a pretty big fight and use the damn thing. Like I said, risk adverse to questionable choices.
