No, it was fixed earlier this year. For a few weeks/months everything worked fine after a period of massive problems.
Then donât mess with it if you donât understand it? But like the saying goes âItâs easy to break things but hard to fix them afterwards.â Certain elements in CCP is the epitome of this phrase. And these elements in CCP ruin all the good work of amazing developers in CCP like CCP karkur and her team.

Itâs about YOU to make sure that ccp does not HAVE to mess with things they donât understand 
Thatâs also a way to approach it. Problem here is that CCP actively reduced content and functionality with the new chat system instead of expanding it. 
i dont think most pvpers give a single â â â â about local coming back or not.
lot of hunters probably happy about local coming back, as it will attract their prey too.
since most 0 krabs ragequit eve for the simple fact, that ccp tried to make 0sec what it actually supposed to be from the get goâŚa dangerous place. and not hello kitty online farming.
but the worst, and truly the only thing to complain about ever. period. will be: citadels ( mistake) rorq changes( big mistake) and skill injectors ( biggest mistake). so if u like to complain about things, chose one of those 3

And you know, I enjoy the chatter of you and the other regulars in Amarr local whenever Iâm by to buy and/or sell, it makes it much more of a lived-in feel to it as a trade hub vs. the constant spams and scams of Jita, but⌠you do realize youâve come here to post for the first time just to complain about other people complaining.

they have to mess with it. ccp sits between hammer and anvil all the time.
people have demands.
ccp has to cater to those demands, as its the playerbase, which is their income.
eve is like a complicated engine dozens of different engineers have worked on and added new parts or replaced old stuffâŚand most of those engineers work elsewhere nowâŚ
ccp is not, and never will be, a company like blizzard, able to put gazillions into development.
nor will it ( hopefully) end in the hands of EA ( as we all know what that would mean)
the game will always have issues. always. it had issues 16 years ago. and every single year since then.

So⌠perhaps itâs someone whoâs pissed the blackout is ending who did it, not the botters whoâll be able to go back to botting, eh? (and btw, CCP can still ban botters without a blackout, they did it plenty of times before the past 60 days of blackout)
