according to numbers, the majority of registred accounts lives in highsec.
so they dont bother with local chat issues in 0sec at all.
i simply guess 0sec people are the loudest entity yelling for more safety…( hell 0sec is the safest place in new eden…how much more safe do they actually want it?)
and 0sec also the people ( so called whales) who put most rl money into eve, for injectors for capital alt number 22thousand…since highsec people rarely have the need for capitals , and therefor rarely a need to buy a couple of injectors for a new rorq toon…
so the people who invest most money into eve, get catered to now , again ( hence local return)
the bitter thing about this fact is: those people ruin the game for everyone, for you, for me, for themselves.
simply being online, watching netflix, multiboxig capitals krabbing/mining…under a titan/super umbrella…kills eve.
it fucks the economy cause huge inflation, and everytime ccp tries to microadjust, by fixing excavators for example, all the spacerich sperglord multikrabrorq-user…go batshit crazy, cuz they make 1 billion less in 3 hours…-.-( see plex prices going up again since local coming back, was announced)
those people also dont provide any form of content…u cant kill them, if they in proper standing fleet …they also dont roam around much, to kill others or provide any form of activity beside netflix .
they are nothing but isk producing dead ingame matter. probably worse then bots. cuz bots dont shitpost on reddit or cry on forums…
As you can see from reading this thread, however, local chat issues are not restricted to nullsec (or wormhole space), the chat system issues of the past 18 months has made high, low, nullsec local, WH local, just regular ol’ chat schannels… have major issues on and off again over and over.

and no. theres plenty of pvpers in eve, those just dont buy gazillions of plex from ccp. because they rarely need 12 capital alts injected and ■■■■ like that 
and therefore are not as interesting to ccp as the whales…
eves economy team probably should have pulled a full brake 5-6 years ago…but they kept steering the vessel into the iceberg…

if u live in a wh, local aint an issue for u anyways, and if u see jita local in your J1663whateverHole, its more like amusing.
never had much issues in 0sec while roaming, and even when it appeared…again…u dont need local to pvp, as long as your brain and your dscan working properly
if u ask me, ccp could remove local completely…so people would actually have to convo each other, or invite to player created channels for communication. …
it only becomes an issue when corpchats stop working ( never happend to me yet)

Right. if the text in local isn’t showing up to the other guy (which you won’t know unless you have alts in system who can’t see what your main is saying, ofc!)…
but when the chat system goes wrong, it also just won’t show an accurate list of pilots in a system. So how can you click the guy and start a convo if the guy isn’t even listed in the local window and he’s not on grid, see?

And the fact that the bulk of the PlsCCP no DDOS tears are from Reddit spergs makes my point.
Reddit is mad cause they just learned the first lesson, money talks. CCP screwed the pooch, and now EVE is on the inevitable death spiral just like every other MMO who ignored the payers in favour of mental midgets.
If you wanted PvE EvE without players or market, it be X ye seek.
If flying your spaceship and crashing into planets be thine goal, without others, set course for Elite.

Well the Average IQ of EvE would go way up, the amount of salt would go way down and the number of parasites sucking on players who use money would fall massively.
this is why the game chatting system should have been never taken from the game to be put out there on a system that could be targeted for this… how could you not see this happening …because people will do these things if they can. just because they can to grief the playerbase as a whole.
