I think our corp Filthy Peasants may be exactly what you are looking for.

We’re a EU and US TZ lowec pvp corp that lives in the Placid region. We do exactly what you say you want: Daily gatecamps, blops hunting, and capital hunting in our area with the weekly fleet ops attack/defending structures or 3rd partying on major fights. We also get involved in small scale wormhole evictions and 0.0 fights with our npc nullsec neighbors.

We’re also an RL-first corp with no activity requirements as we’re mostly all working adults. This also means that while there is always something going on some days there are no alliance-wide organized activities going on. This is usually prime gate camping time too
