I did misremember my fit. In reality I use Target Painter and Cap recharger in my mid slots, CPU upgrade in low slots and EM rig paired with two cap rigs. Extra range on drones would be wasted as my Navy Wardens can hit anything that enters my Drone control range (81km). Damage received isn’t too high due to the use of MJD and relatively high resistances of the ship. Long story short… I just prefer the active snake.

Thank you all, I now realise I lack full information, to play this game. So, away from Missions, whilst I Study Attributes and Skills more.
The fact that I could not fit Do Littles Rattler Fit suggests my Skills or Attributes are awry or my memory is.
I did not know that small ships, I presume if close could freeze me out and rapidly take down my Rattler.
So more studying, and some care taking notice of the University and the odd mistakes made there.
So U all watch out - in a few more years I will be there with U all.
