I would like to suggest and new addition to mutaplasmids that would effect strip mining equipment. Primarily for this post will focus on strip miners and mining laser upgrades.

Strip Miner T1 Base Stats:

Activation Cost: 90.0 GJ
Mining Amount: 600 m3
Residue Multiplier: 0 x
Activation Time / duration: 180 sec
Optimal Range: 15 km
CPU Usage: 60.0 TF

Strip Miner T1 after being combined with a Unstable Mutaplasmid:

Activation Cost: 90.0 GJ

  • +30% - -30% ( 117 GJ — 63 GJ )

Mining Amount: 600 m3

  • +20% - -20% ( 720 m3 – 480 m3 )

Residue Multiplier 0x

  • +10% - -10% ( 0.1x - 0x )

Activation Time / duration: 180 sec

  • +20% - -20% ( 216 sec – 144 sec )

Optimal Range: 15 km

  • +20% - -20% ( 18km - 12km )

CPU Usage 60.0 tf

  • +20% - -20% ( 72 tf - 48 tf)

With the recent changes to all things mining, I believe this would be a great addition to give us miners even more control over our precious min/maxing that we so love to do.
